Placing an Order with the Shopping Cart
You can view product details and select items for purchase by first click on the item's description, which will display expanded information about the product, including the product description and a picture (if available). Then you can click the 'Add To Cart' button next to the item. Once you have placed the item in your cart, you can choose to 'Check Out' or 'Continue Shopping'. You are not required to view the item's description prior to purchase. It is recommended to ensure your order selection(s) is correct.
It should be noted that on some occasions we have to use an image from a manufacturer, supplier or distributor's website and the product packaging or cosmetic details of that product may differ slightly. We will try our best to indicate in the product description area any variances.
How to Remove or Change Cart Items
Click the 'View Cart' button in the upper-right of any page. An order summary will be displayed, with quantities. To remove an item from your cart, simply change the quantity of that listed item to '0' and click the 'Recalculate' button or 'Delete' the item. To change the quantity of an item, enter the new quantity and click the 'Recalculate' button.
How to Check Out Cart Items
When you are finished shopping and are ready to purchase your items, click the 'Check Out' button in the upper-right of any page. You will be prompted to provide necessary information required to process and ship your order, including your postal/email addresses, alternate contact information and payment type. Your first order must be shipped to your billing address in order for us to verify your order. If you do not wish the have the address changed, your order will be canceled. We offer two payment options; Credit Card and Email Money Transfer. Note that for orders paid by Email Money Transfer, payment must be received and verified prior to shipping your order. Once you have reviewed, confirmed and submitted your order, the request will be sent to our warehouse for processing. You will be contacted for payment details within 2 business days of receipt of your order if additional shipping charges apply (see shipping).
How to Return Damaged or Defective Items
It's our goal to make your shopping experience easy and pleasant. To make sure you've received exactly what you've ordered, please inspect your entire order when it arrives. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return any items within 14 days of receipt to process your refund, credit or replacement. Please contact us before returning any items. We will advise you of the correct shipping methods. Please note all refunds will appear on your credit card statement within 7-10 business days. If your refund does not appear, please contact your credit card company directly.
